Return & Refund Policy

At Shopnest, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories intact

Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of use, wear, or tampering.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care and grooming products

  • Used or opened items

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and clear images or video of the issue

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

  3. Once approved, the item must be returned as instructed

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Important Notes

  • Shopnest reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Color or design variations caused by screen settings are not considered defects

  • Delays caused by courier services are outside our control
